A feral warrior who appears quite out of touch with the rest of Athas.
Standing at a very average 5’10" and the statue and physique of life long warrior, the most notable feature of Lajind is his odd skin-tone: a blue-ish black. Besides his minor racial difference however he is a completely normal human. His dress reflects a culture very different from the rest of Athas, using grass skirt along with animal bone carvings not often seen elsewhere. Culturally he stands at a rather ignorant common ground, unknowing of many of the traditions of the outside world. Having been a part of the Nganga for so long, he has learned not to speak before observing, but without other’s guidance he could quickly be lead to believe rather outlandish things, if the situation seemed to fit.
A stranger to the greater world, Lajind has left his home of Gulg in pursuit of his Lady’s goals. A loyal Nganga, he would stake his life for the beliefs of his people and their Oda, Lalali-Puy. To that end he was sent from Gulg to aid The Oda, though he can not remember his specific goal he once set out on; Perhaps due to the effects of the tempestuous Sorceress-Queen of Ramm, who brain-washed him into serving her for a brief time. For now, he travels with a group of others who broke free of Abalach-Re’s grasp, and have found themselves tied to an unfolding mystery. They have found themselves griped by a force that suggest the world will end without their aid, and so they have set out to undue their nightmare’s promise.
